Dallas
Yesterday, we had five models in the studio all day. It was a ton of fun. These are of Dallas. She's 17, really cute, and short (just like me!). She had a great personality and it was a pleasure shooting her (that sounds so funny and it never gets old :D ).
Zoo: Last One
Both pictures of the lens are, of course, Donetta's. The middle one is one of the pretty flowers in the butterfly garden.
Zoo: Butterfly Bonanza!!
They have a cool little butterfly garden, and the butterflies let you get extremely close, like macro close. It was my favorite part of the whole trip. And I have no idea what the different butterflies are, except for the Monarch.
Zoo Continued Again
Gorillas: This is a nice story hahaha. Well, I find it very amusing. And yes, I call all animals he, until I'm told otherwise.
Okay, so this gorilla is relaxing by himself..
Then this mean gorilla runs by clapping his hands to ruin his nap.
After that he goes and sits by this other gorilla (big one = mean one). It looks to me like they're talking about the one on the left, lol.
I thought maybe these two were friends..
I guess not, because the mean one tackled him!! I came to the conclusion that this was just a very obnoxious gorilla. =D
Zoo Continued
Turtles!! I felt so bad for this turtle (I know it's actually a tortoise)!! It was super hot outside and he was squeezed into a tiny stream. He was probably three times as big as it!! And he just looks sad. =( These are two different turtles, the bottom two are of the same one.
Now, this little guy had a nice pond to swim in and he was sunbathing on a log. By the way, I love turtles!

Superfreak!!
This was a shot of one of the band members from Superfreak. They played at the wedding reception I shot this weekend, and BOY, were they AMAZING!! They played all '70s and '80s music and they wore '70s clothes and Afros!! I used a high ISO for a grainy feel, so it would seem like it was shot in that era. I turned this one into an HDR and there will be more of them later! This was taken on June 12, 2010, in OKC, Oklahoma.

The Kiddos
In portrait class we had an assignment to do a multi-light setup. Donetta brought her kids, Hailey and Austin, to the studio for me to take their portraits. They were very cute and I just let them do their own thing while I shot. These were taken on June 10, 2010.

Creative Panorama
This is a panorama I made of Lindsey. I wanted it to be really weird and different. It took a long time to put it together in Photoshop, and it consists of 52 pictures. I couldn't even save it as a Photoshop document because it's so big! 2.42 GB to be exact., but of course this version is MUCH smaller.
